2. Cottage Food Disclosure
Selah Crumb Co. is a cottage food operation based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our products are made in a home kitchen in accordance with Georgia’s cottage food laws. As required by the Georgia Department of Agriculture, our product labels carry the following statement:

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that our products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not routinely inspected by the state.
3. Products
All of our baked goods are handmade in small batches and are made to be gluten-free, rice-free, and gum-free. Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that also handles common allergens, including [dairy, eggs, tree nuts]. While we take care to avoid cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of these allergens or of trace gluten. Customers with celiac disease, severe allergies, or other medical dietary needs should use their own judgment before purchasing. Please review ingredient information carefully before ordering.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order.
Because our products are made to order, requests to change or cancel an order must be received before preparation begins. Once we have started baking your order, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
5. Shipping & Local Delivery
We currently sell and fulfill orders within the State of Georgia only. As a Georgia cottage food operation, we are not able to ship or sell our products across state lines. Orders are fulfilled by local pickup or local delivery within Georgia, as offered at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Selah Crumb Co. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carriers, or other circumstances outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Because our products are perishable, please arrange to receive your order promptly. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery or pickup.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at selahcrumbco@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we will do our best to make it right.
7. Food Safety
Our products are made to be consumed within the timeframe indicated on the packaging. Selah Crumb Co. is not responsible for any illness or adverse reaction resulting from improper storage or consumption after the recommended date.
