That’s the feeling we set out to give back — one slice at a time.
Selah Crumb Co. started at a kitchen table in Atlanta, with a simple wish: that my mom wouldn’t have to sit out dessert one more time. When I developed the same grain sensitivities, that wish got personal — and then it became a purpose. Because I knew I couldn’t be the only one quietly missing the foods we grew up loving.
So we baked our way back to normal. Everything we make is gluten-free, rice-free, and gum-free — no shortcuts, no strange aftertaste, no compromise. Just the warmth, the texture, and the Southern-rooted flavor you remember, made so that more people can pull up a chair.

Right now, that’s just one thing we’re proud to put our name on: a pound cake that tastes the way it always should have. And it’s only the beginning.
